It is our policy that you will receive a response to your request within 24 hours.
When you request any item of content from Space2Phone , we automatically recognize which type of mobile handset device you have. From this we can determine if your handset is capable of receiving the item you’ve requested. If it is, we deliver it to you in the format that is optimally suited for your device. If your device isn’t capable of supporting the content item you’ve requested, we send you a message telling you that your device won’t support your request. In the few cases where this may occur, you will not be charged.
Space2Phone uses the most advanced technology for delivery of wallpapers, ringtones, video clips, streaming video and all other forms of media content to mobile handsets. Our technology supports nearly 2500 different types of mobile phones, PDAs and other mobile devices, and we regularly add support for new devices. If you attempt to subscribe to Space2Phone or to request a content download that is not supported, you will receive a text message response indicating that your device is not supported and you will not be charged.

Service Plans and Limitations:
Subscribers of Alltel, Boost, CinBell, Dobson, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon are eligible for Launch Alerts only. Space2Phone subscriptions are available to all subscribers of the providers listed above who have monthly contract or “post-paid” service agreements.
Space2Phone subscriptions are not available to wireless customers with prepaid services. If Space2Phone service is not supported by your network operator and you try to purchase a subscription or request a content download, you will receive a response indicating that the service is not supported by your carrier and you will not be charged.
