This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the service of Space2Phone is provided to you as the customer (hereinafter “Customer” or “you”). In this Service Agreement ("Agreement"), "you" and "your" refer to each customer ("Customer") and its agents and "we", "us" and "our" refer collectively to Ashburn International , doing business as Space2Phone ("Company").

By requesting the download of mobile content or a monthly subscription to the Service via SMS, or by completing the registration process on our website located at www.Space2Phone.com or any successor website thereto ("Website") OR by downloading receiving or accessing mobile content on a mobile device (each a "Download"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
